Research Interests

Towards an integrated understanding of “Mind-Brain-Body” interactions, our lab focuses on various cognitive functions by using multiple research methods.

  • Psychophysiology, Neuropsychiatry, and Autonomic Neuroscience

Neural mechanisms of emotion, subjective feelings, and autonomic activities; interoception; psychophysiological assessment of stress states; anxiety, depression, somatic symptom disorder, and autonomic disorders; and the sense of agency in psychiatric disorders.
