Written in Gothic textura quadrata script. The text is from the Second lesson from the Matins of the Office of the Dead, containing Job 10:1-7 beginning 'Tedit animam meam….' The lesson and responses begin with an illuminated initial. The Office of the Dead is usually found toward the end of the MS.
