[verso] Written in early Gothic textura semi-quadrata script. In double columns, with small red initials at the beginning of each chapter. A 4-line initial in red, blue and green at the beginning of Levicitus. Chapter numbers and running titles in alternating red and blue capitals. Penwork decoration in red and blue to chapter numbers. Incipit and explicit (verso) in red. 2 pointing hands and some marginal annotations on verso. A typical layout for the late medieval MS Bible as well as for the Gutenberg Bible. [ョ recto] |
