Lab of Modern Japanese History
We appreciate your interest in our lab at the Department of Japanese History, Faculty of Letters, Keio University, Tokyo, Japan. Our university is a member of RU11 (the 11 top research universities in Japan), and our lab is the main research institution on modern Japanese history here at Keio University. In other words, our lab is one of the higher research institutions of modern history in Japan.

　　We built this website in order to distribute information on our research and education to not only students at Keio University but also scholars and students overseas who have an interest in modern Japanese history. Accordingly, our lab does not have a Japanese version of this website.
